In this webinar I am going to show you 5 Essential Steps to a Successful Mid-Life Transition to help you get unstuck, bring clarity and direction towards a successful life transition. I am excited because the strategies I am going to show you today are proven by not only myself but also many of my clients who have found greater fulfillment and harmony with an invigorated passion and energy. So I am so delighted that you are here with me today.

Life transitions can be very complex and can cover a broad scope of circumstances, so my primary focus in this presentation is for women in their late 30’s to mid 50’s…. considered mid-life or the middle years. I work with all age groups and genders, yet my focus is on you today and this important time in your life.

Significant life events have often happened for women in their middle years such as:

  • Burnout – from a career or job – stress will takes it’s toll
  • Marriage/Relationship Changes – it happens and it’s not about who is right or wrong…it is about you now and finding your happiness and worthiness.
  • Empty Nest – Kids who have grown up. Moved on with their own lives whether it be further education, work, or have started their own families….
  • Health Issues – having focused on others & not properly caring for yourself
  • Or you are simply Ready For A Change – Wanting the next phase of life to be more meaningful

Our crucial ‘middle years’ can be complex and intricate as life has happened. Often, we may struggle with disillusionment as things haven’t taken place as we thought and may require assistance in ‘finding our way’ during this unique phase of life.

I would be thrilled to have you join me today on this webinar as my strategies have helped many women in their middle years as their Life Transition Sherpa.
